Very unprofessional management team and is now becoming a bullying culture towards staff members. Mental health is not looked at in the slightest considering it’s within their ‘ethos’. Systems constantly changing and no support is really ever given you are just expected to know how to do it in a day! Director needs to listen to the views of the staff memebers under the management team and see what changes are to be made to really improve the business.
