      Absolutely none whatsoever. Honestly, not an exaggeration, this is quite possible the worst place to work for.

      Cons

      No leeway with holiday allowance. Rubbish management skills from the front end team. Severe bullying from supervisors on the front end team. No proper training. Constant criticism with no positive feedback. No recognition for your efforts.
