Simple asking if you have good team work skills What would you do if colleagues need help How would you help this customer The usual questions they ask for in a customer service interview

Initial telephone interview with recruiters, followed by video interview with manager and previous job-holder. Final interview would have been in-person in their Eastleigh office. Everyone seemed very friendly and put me at ease.
