The hiring process was not the best experience - the timing and speed to interview was great but the alignment in the role I had applied to and what was essentially offered were not the same. The mission, culture and team is what kept me moving forward in accepting my offer. In being here I've seen that your true function of your role is great and all... but they do look for "bar raisers" and people that go above and beyond to get recognition at times. That can often lead to feeling overwhelmed and burnout. The pace in people operations does not always feel sustainable and seems like more headcount is needed in certain areas to keep with the demands of the business and overall company growth.
