I applied online. I interviewed at Axon (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process consisted of eight rounds. It began with two technical interviews. The first focused on machine learning and deep learning fundamentals, including mathematical concepts. The second covered key computer vision topics as well as backend processes.
The onsite interviews included behavioral, technical, cross-functional, and coding rounds. There was also a system design interview, a presentation on one of my projects, and a final meeting with the team's director.
Throughout the process, I was asked in-depth technical questions along with business-oriented questions that required me to justify my technical decisions, explain design trade-offs, and demonstrate how my solutions aligned with business objectives.
