Pros
In the past, there are plenty of pros - free stuff, plenty of company funded trips, which led to now review and tightening of all expenses. Good management would have manage properly expenses and investment from the start rather than putting in frugality rules after the board demands it.
Cons
Poor management from HQ to the various offices. Politics - so much that it makes it hard to work here, favoritism between management and individuals - unless you are in management's good books otherwise you can kiss your career advancement at Axon goodbye, Performance review is a joke - definitely doesn't help career management, bad investment on products and strategies, culling a whole bunch of great employers just before Thanksgiving - a company with integrity wouldn't do that to their employers just before Thanksgiving - a culture that clearly shows they don't care about their employers.
