Lots of people start here straight out of university which has created quite an immature and cliquey environment The "social" culture is more like being back at school and not representative of working cultures at other companies Very high turnover of staff If you're an account manager you will be given a ridiculous work load to manage Training is quite irrelevant to people coming from external companies No exposure to other marketing channels so you can't really develop your marketing experience in anything other than affiliates Team Leaders and Account Directors will go to meetings with your clients that you won't be included in but you're expected to do all the ground work Not encouraged to do face to face meetings which isn't good for promoting good relationships You're a glorified PA to the clients and don't get to do any actual marketing Very poor pay
