Pros

The selection process was fast, clear, and very well organized. The hiring manager was exceptionally supportive throughout the entire process, making the experience smooth and transparent. Interviewers challenged candidates while also providing constructive feedback, which created a very engaging and valuable experience. Overall, expectations were clearly communicated at every stage.

Cons

The company has a fantastic opportunity to highlight even more its excellent work-life balance and flexibility. Benefits such as a 4-day workweek and remote work are extremely appealing and truly stand out in today’s market, and could help attract even more top talent. These are genuinely great strengths, you should really shout about them!
