Good company but low salaries - Commercial Advisor Auckland Council Employee Review

Great culture and teamwork! It is a government organization with good team dynamics and culture. Allows each member to contribute. I will always go back to this company. HR Group are warm & welcoming.

There is nothing I can think of.

Public sector, thus decent job safety and good work-life balance.

When and where it counts, leadership seems unwilling to stick their necks out and stand up for their employees, and tend to prioritise most other things above employee development and other employee needs, which makes it very difficult to retain talent and to believe all the talk about valuing employees.
