I cannot think of pros
Cons
1. No proper management 2. Managers doesnot know how to manage people and make them work. They have just positions not knowledge. I feel they are not even eligible to be in those positions. 3. Very less Annual hikes. People who are more experienced have way more less salary than newly joined. 4. Career growth is very much limited. 5. You cannot talk/complain about your manager with any higher person as he/she is the supreme authority. There is no person to check how your manager behaves with you. 6. HR- His teams status is always “Do not disturb”. He wont even respond properly. 7. IT support- He will ask you in return to google the solution if you have any issue. One man army!! 8. Knowledge wise you cannot learn new things. Just work on things you already know. 9. Zero Work life balance. 10. No employee benefits.
