- Benefits, including leaves, salary slightly higher than other companies for similar level, team-building activities that are with high budget and enjoyable - Constantly learning - Competitive environment (could be a con, depends)

Cons

- Management levels are opinionated and make subjective decisions - Office politics, i.e. Informal power dynamics, gossips etc. - Not suitable for introverts - No life, working to midnight comes as a package
