Pros
I’ve been working at my current company for a while now and honestly, I have zero complaints about the work itself. The culture is solid, the people are great, and overall it’s been a really positive experience across the board. It’s one of those rare places where you actually feel settled.
One of the biggest advantages here is the flexibility. The company offers full-time work-from-home along with very flexible timing, which makes it much easier to maintain a good work-life balance. The working hour calculation is also quite employee-friendly — even if you work slightly fewer hours on some days, there are buffer hours in place, so salary deductions are not a concern. This flexibility shows trust in employees and creates a comfortable, supportive environment.
Cons
One small area for improvement is external recognition with banks and financial institutions. In my case, I noticed that the company was not listed with certain banks, which created some inconvenience during a loan application. It’s not something that affects day-to-day work, but improving this aspect could add more convenience for employees in the future.
