Good work culture. I got a chance to work on projects which are totally focused on AWS services. Due to good impression in industry, lots of projects are coming with varied requirements. So you will always get a chance to learn new technology and since it's AWS premium partner, we get learning accounts to try out with AWS services for few days and learn. Work culture is definitely a benefit. Seniors here at armakuni are good when it comes to mentor junior engineers and they are good helping hand. Here, initiatives are very unique and always we see good opportunity.
