We have really worked hard on our core beliefs and benefit package so it's good to see that reflected in your experience, we really do work on making arm unique and that our benefits are some of the best so glad to hear that you felt that our benefits were really good. In terms of salary thanks for the feedback, we do try and keep competitive in the market by salary mapping the market to see what is happening outside of arm and what our competitors are offering salary wise, but it is great feedback for me to relate back to the business.
