Very good smart people who work here. Really are dedicated to patient care and don’t just use it as an excuse to price gouge. Ardelyx is a great company with a good CEO with good ethics. Great products and leadership.

Compliance is over the top if you are field based

Good people, Smart People with sense

- They will lay you out in a blink without any reason - It is Family, in cycles business, if you are not connected you are out regardless of your talent or hard work - When they hire high executive be aware they the person will layoff everyone under his/her report and bring his own team, it becomes their toxic colture - Dirty contracts from IT vendors constantly draining money out of company not for a good service but for their connections into the managment, it feels like an ATM machine for the circle. I don’t know if they recive kick backs
