Ardelyx interview questions

I was interviewed by the Sr Director of Clinical Operations per zoom. She was personable and friendly in her demeanor, thorough in explaining the duties of the role and what they're working on currently as well as liked the questions I asked her.

I had 2 interviews. The second one at the end of the interview, she said she was going to move me to the next round of interviews. I sent a thank you email and then 3 business days later a follow up since I never heard back. I was ghosted by the company and person I interviewed after what I perceived to be a really good interview. The position was shared again on LinkedIn a few days later. I never received any feedback or denial email. Super disappointed with the lack of communication. Companies should not be ghosting candidates.
