Pros

- Excellent social media engagement - Big on company outings, incentives, recognition - Good database, systems and processes - Fun and driven environment - Diverse and inclusive - Does everything "right" in the textbook of recruitment - Supportive in in-house trainings

Cons

- High turnover rate - Management style is micro-managing and iron-clawed. You are monitored on an hourly/daily basis on your work. Boiler room style. - Iron-fisted and lacking in compassion with employee welfare. No room for being late for 2 minutes, time off for urgent personal errands, breaks, strict 1 hour lunch time. - Money worshipping environment where your value and worth comes solely from the amount you bill - Great impression when you interview for the job but unpleasant culture once you join. Hate it when they said "You aren't just about the money you make; we also take in your sincere effort to grow, and your good attitude" - lie. By 2 or 3 months in, you worry constantly if you will be fired for not producing enough money due to the vibes they give. - Those who do well are money-worshippers who will have no qualms about putting ethics and manners aside in their course of work.

Pros

Regular training and well-thought development plans tailored individually for consultants across all levels of seniority. Realistic targets that are well achievable if you consistently keep your head down and just crack on. Managers are committed to investing time in training, both professionally and personally. You would be taught 'how to' and not 'what to'. Well structured with weekly 1-1 meetings with your managers. Those who succeed have proven to consciously apply these training and tips provided. Great commission scheme as well! Excellent team and individual incentives rolled out on a quarterly basis. Well- knit and like-minded team who genuinely enjoy being with each other, even outside of work. Good work life balance! Everyone goes home on time and overtime is discouraged unless absolutely necessary. To succeed in the long run, you would need to be independent (as do all sales jobs) - ample time and training is given for consultants to stand on their own two feet. Let's face it, this is a sales job! Non performers naturally feel the brunt and therefore harbour negative feelings. Recruitment is not for everyone and most certainly not for cruisers.

Cons

This is not really a con per se, but being a boutique and specialist firm, expect the environment to be fast-paced. Those who can handle will definitely thrive here.
