I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Archer Recruitment (Dublin, Dublin) in Sept 2021
Interview
90 minute interview with dozens of questions that were not competency based at all. All in all, it was a bizarre and unnecessarily intense meeting. Very vague re salary as a large portion of it would have been commission based and the base salary was in no way competitive.

Question 1
"What lie do you tell yourself most often?" "Ask me a difficult question - the more awkward and invasive the better"
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Archer Recruitment in Feb 2023
Interview
I was called for four different interviews and at the end got told that I had no sales experience even if it was clear from my cv and even tho most of the people I met in the company were clearly stating how experience doesn’t matter and how they had a lot of training for inexperienced people, wouldn’t reccomend interview process is long and at the end they keep your hopes high and just confuse you
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Archer Recruitment (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2022
Interview
Three step process, two different video calls and then an inperson interview which lasted over almost 2 hours.
I found it quite unprofessional that after all of the effort that went into the process that I had to chase up twice to get any feedback (standard rejection email). One of the interview panel asked a couple of strange questions such as "I want you to ask me an uncomfortable personal question".
