10moThank you for sharing your experience. While we’re glad to hear you appreciated the flexibility of remote work and some of the team perks, we want to address several concerns raised in your review.
At Applied Tech, we are committed to transparency and accountability. The claim that “almost everything you're told turns out to be a lie” does not reflect how we operate or how we expect our leaders to communicate. We actively encourage open dialogue and feedback through multiple channels, including regular check-ins, engagement surveys, and leadership accessibility.
We also recognize that service desk roles can be demanding, especially in a fast-paced, growing company. That’s exactly why we’ve made ongoing investments in leadership development, career pathing, and resource planning including expanding support and reducing unnecessary meetings.
As for turnover and mobility, we’ve worked hard in recent years to improve retention and create clear growth opportunities within the company. While not every role will be a long-term fit for everyone, we always aim to provide clarity, structure, and the chance to develop new skills.
We appreciate honest feedback and encourage any current or former team members with specific concerns to connect directly with HR or leadership. We are continuously working to improve and that includes being upfront about challenges and proactive in addressing them.
