I had a first round interview but didn't advance to the next round. It was a very pleasant Teams interview and I had a very favorable impression of the company by the end.

It was pretty normal for an IT Help Desk position. "How do you handle a frustrated customer?" For instance.

Interview
Interview was handled in three stages - first with a phone screen on technical questions, then an in-person meeting with the NOC Manager (to vet technical skills more thoroughly) and a senior member of management (to vet personality). Then a final interview with the Team Lead of the NOC team that I would be working under (again, primarily a personality interview).
