      Pros

      I absolutely loved working for Apollo. It all depends on your manager and how insecure they are in their own knowledge.

      Cons

      Make you go into the office, even if more productive at home Old Boys Club is alive and well - they do not bother to get to the cause rather pay you to leave. It is turning into a Goldman or BlackRock, which is ashame.

      A super innovative and entrepreneurial place that is leading both equity and credit markets every day. If you enjoy an intellectually stimulating creative culture working amongst the most brilliant and talented people in the industry, this is the place.

      Cons

      A very intense environment, with work product expected to be elite. Hours can be long and occasionally weekend work required, depending on role.
