Pros

The hustle culture is definitely still present, in spite of leadership changes, which isn't a bad thing given that the workplace is very collaborative, with managers empowering and trusting their workforce to perform at a high level. Flexibility to work from home as long as you get the job done. Great benefits with very high calibre colleagues across Apollo.

Cons

Apollo is going through some rapid changes in its aim for growth, with many new employees and with that a need to cultivate a culture that works. Very ambitious targets with workflow at times feeling like we are adjusting as we go. Start-up feel sometimes but not necessarily a bad thing.

Cons

A very intense environment, with work product expected to be elite. Hours can be long and occasionally weekend work required, depending on role.

Cons

Not necessarily a con but this is a high-commitment work environment where people really are expected to give 100% day in and day out. The pace of change in focus and priorities is high so people need to be somewhat flexible and willing to pivot in what they are working on.
