I walked in expecting it to be awful and it was 100 times worse than that. And I've had enough awful jobs in my time to know how to set a low bar. Trust me. Unless you are a narcissistic psychopath who hates your family you're better off working somewhere else

A very intense environment, with work product expected to be elite. Hours can be long and occasionally weekend work required, depending on role.
