To show this commitment to feedback and to make direct employee engagement a priority, a few years ago we implemented a bi-annual employee survey in addition to a number of other activities. This survey has provided insights that have led us to make some improvements that we’re really proud of. Some are: 1) increased focus on continuing education for our technical staff, 2) implementation of wellness programs, including an onsite personal trainer, and 3) timely communication of internal job opportunities to name a few.
While we have very low turnover over the last decade, we continue to strive for employee satisfaction in every area. Again, we’re sorry you had a different experience, and will keep that in mind.
We’ve got lots of big ideas about how to make this a great place to work, and we appreciate the efforts of everyone on the team.
