Work-life balance has significantly worsened under new leadership - Vice President Apex Group Employee Review

I’d like to share some feedback on workload planning. Lately, team members have been getting calls late Friday evening after logout to prepare XYZ data for Monday. This makes it hard to maintain work-life balance, especially since the request doesn’t appear during the week. If close ended new head could review and plan these data requirements during regular work hours, it would help the team prepare better and avoid last-minute weekend work.
