Everything else: pay, changing metrics, predatory KPI/commission scale, dishonest management, unable to meet quotas by design to get more work out of employees while paying less bonuses/commission. Predatory product that takes advantage of contractors' need for leads and homeowners' inability to find local providers. Entire departments and teams are fired on a whim when the company does poorly in their quarterly earnings.
Plainly put, Angi/HomeAdvisor/Handy/ServiceMagic etc only exist still because of corporate restructuring and IAC's ability to dump money into companies that have never and will never become profitable
