Pros

Most teams are fully remote.

Cons

Not what the company once was. CEO only cares about profit on quarterly reviews. Everything is a number, AI is the new solution, do more work with less people. Every year management is told to keep an idea of what employees should be riffed within the next year. Majority of possisions are underpaid. It's sad what it has become.

Pros

Professional, B2B sales role with high impact conversations. Less micro management, high earning potential, consistent support and training.

Cons

Must have diligent systems in place for organization and be highly self sufficient. Patience and persistence is key to see desired results, regardless of previous sales experience. Expect 3-6 months to achieve results

Pros

Paid Holidays, PTO, Incentive PTO

Cons

The most disorganized company I've ever worked for. Interdepartmental communication is HORRIBLE. Drastic changes to comp, constantly moving goal posts without giving employees a chance to catch their breath. Narrow chance of making more than OTE, and ZERO opportunities for growth. Constant change that forces employees to have to "adapt" and overcompensate for all the software and processes that don't work. Have to make 130+ calls a day just to hit ote. The whole department is stressed and very unhappy and Angi either has no clue, or doesn't care and actively gaslight us in the all hands after they omit negative feedback from the pulse surveys. Oh and we have PTO that everybody in the department is afraid to use or they will lose their job since moving us to a 2 week cycle like sales dept. It's a one way ticket to burnout but Angi does not care. They will say and do anything to avoid paying their people more.

Thank you for your candid feedback. We hear your concerns about the recent operational changes, work-life balance, and frustration over the new commission plan, and we take them very seriously. We are committed to maintaining a supportive culture and operating with accountability, especially as we navigate change. Using your PTO is important, and we will continue to put structures in place that allow and encourage you to use it. Your perspective is essential as we work to improve. I personally encourage you to join our weekly open office hours to discuss concerns directly, or feel free to reach out to me or HR@angi.com so we can learn more and address these matters. -Chase Traughber, VP of Client Success
