Pros
- Fast paced environment, really interesting problems to work on from a mission, robotics, and GNC perspective - Business is only growing, I have a strong belief that the company is going to grow and do very well in the future - Some of the smartest people I have ever met work here. You can learn a lot if you talk to the right people
Cons
- There has been a culture shift with the growth taking place. I know the company will land on it's feet but the tech feel is dwindling on a lot of the projects - Most of management is Palantir adjacent which makes it very difficult to move up in level. There are a few with the mentality of "train someone for your current position" which is amazing but most are too overworked to be good managers - Expect work-life balance to be pretty bad for most teams. You'll work hard but learn a lot.
