Initial screening call went well. My skills matched the job description. I never received a response or feedback. I continue to be contacted by recruiters due to skill set, but the company has internal do not hire lists.

Interview
I’ve never felt so disrespected and belittled in an interview. The hiring manager seemed so uninterested from the get go and the questions she asked further backs up the overall vibe I was getting from her. Instead of asking me questions about my experience and how I can contribute at Anduril, I got questions like “How would you find your way to the right person regarding an issue?” or “How do you write an SOP?”. Like are we serious? You can’t be making this up. I felt like I was being told to recite my ABCs. I understand things can get real busy at the company especially as a hiring manager, but at least think of some actual questions that are relevant to the job before telling the recruiter you want to speak with me or or at least just take a closer look at my resume before deciding if you actually want to interview me and not just going with the recruiters green flag which you clearly didn’t do. To make matters worse, I waited over a week for an update because the hiring manager was on vacation, only to receive a rejection the day after they returned to the office when they could’ve clearly rejected me the day after my interview before heading to vacation. Do better MJ.
Three round sof interview, with a majority of it being technical, even from the initial HR conversation. Flew me out for an in person interview where I presented to the team a project. They knew I was a recent graduate yet I felt like they wanted someone with more experience. HR took 2 extra weeks to get back to me to then call me saying I didn't get the job. I appreciated the call but it felt misleading.
