      Organized chaos - company moves so fast you gotta keep up. Can certainly be overwhelming if you are use to typical corporate environments.

      good pay, actually not as bad work-life balance (team-dependent) as it seems on the outside minus the sprints/troubleshooting that comes up sometimes.

      selling my soul and ethics for something that i don't believe in at all
