Pros
You get exposure to a lot of different service lines. They have free coffee and drinks. They have a number of parties.
Cons
HR is a joke, it takes months to get anything done with them. Training is very sub-par and not at the level of most firms their size. Managers get away with a lot that is borderline inappropriate. It's a very party oriented office. It tries to be like the big four but lacks the structure and clients. Staff and seniors are forced to work over 100 hours per week in busy season and no one cares, in fact its encouraged.
