      Learn a lot quick in the early years. Get out what you put in. Can find really great people that you enjoy being around every day.

      Office politics are bad, bad culture shift leading up to IPO.

      Andersen has great benefits, especially setting up employees for future success in their respective careers. The firm puts a lot of individual care into the learning and development of each of its employees.

      Cons

      Busy seasons required a decent amount of overtime, but after the deadlines hit, work was back to normal (< 40 hr work weeks).
