A great company to build a career with. The team is genuinely helpful, the office culture is welcoming, and there's something new to learn every day. Leadership is excellent and approachable. The CEO is sharp and agreesively driven, always open to meetings, and you can pick up a lot of business sense just from working with him.. you will often see him walking in the common area which is intimidating but helpful. The India VP and CBO are equally supportive and easy to reach. Best of all, there's no flattery or office politics, so things are performance driven, Recently, they did a family event and all families were given a nice appreciation letter which was very heart touching.

The HR processes still feel early-stage and would benefit from more structure as the company grows. A hybrid setup would go a long way too, since requiring sales folks to be in the office every single day isn't always practical for the kind of work they do. On compensation, bonuses are paid annually, and moving to a monthly or at least quarterly cycle would make a real difference, along with bumping up the bonus amount itself. Career paths and promotion timelines aren't always clearly defined so it can be a challenge sometimes..

1. They have build a very nice office culture where things are fun going at office. 2. All the leaders, CEO, CBO, CTO are young and very approachable and are always available for all help.. they can easily be go to person for all help. Deep is always high on caffine-positive energy which is sometimes intimidating but you get to learn a lot of things 3. Employee centric company and they have some great leave policies.. birthday leaves, family leaves etc. 4. You get good exposure! If you close some deals, you are always acknowledged and appreciated from everyone.

1. They should allow hybrid model of working looking at Bangalore traffic situation. You loose a lot of energy travelling. 2. Open offices at other important locations like Mumbai and Delhi. 3. The office chairs needs some serious upgrades, I think there was some unwanted cost-cutting. 4. More classroom training should be provided for folks who are not from cyber background. 5. I think the incentive plan is confusing and proper explanation must be given, also start options of quarterly or monthly incentive payments.
