Pros
A great company to build a career with. The team is genuinely helpful, the office culture is welcoming, and there's something new to learn every day. Leadership is excellent and approachable. The CEO is sharp and agreesively driven, always open to meetings, and you can pick up a lot of business sense just from working with him.. you will often see him walking in the common area which is intimidating but helpful. The India VP and CBO are equally supportive and easy to reach. Best of all, there's no flattery or office politics, so things are performance driven, Recently, they did a family event and all families were given a nice appreciation letter which was very heart touching.
Cons
The HR processes still feel early-stage and would benefit from more structure as the company grows. A hybrid setup would go a long way too, since requiring sales folks to be in the office every single day isn't always practical for the kind of work they do. On compensation, bonuses are paid annually, and moving to a monthly or at least quarterly cycle would make a real difference, along with bumping up the bonus amount itself. Career paths and promotion timelines aren't always clearly defined so it can be a challenge sometimes..
