      Open office floor plan encourages collaboration, good experience wearing many hats and working with many different clients

      Cons

      Account team lacks proper leadership, incompetent agency president, odd management structure, strict office hours (no remote work) , very minimal benefits/perks and a general lack of trust in the employees

      Pros

      Resource Ammirati has been an amazing place to work. I have gotten so much portfolio work that has really kick started my full time job hunt. The variety of brands and projects I've gotten t put my name on is great. The people are great, the culture is very friendly and welcoming. The work life balance is great, you are treated with compassion as a human. The associates bring their dogs to work.

      Cons

      The communication can sometimes fall apart. It can be hard to know what's really going on, especially with the new IBM acquisition.
