I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ammirati
Interview
Recruiter was very friendly and responsive at first. Then went for an in-person with the hiring manager. Felt like a good fit, a very positive experience and quite promising. Then after, complete silence. I know this happens a lot and people are busy but it's just good courtesy to at least respond to a candidate after putting them through the process to let them know you're hiring someone else even if it's just a one-sentence email to confirm. Better than ghosting them.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ammirati (New York, NY) in Aug 2012
Interview
I had applied emailed by resume at jobs@ammirati.com, got a reply on email within 2 weeks and was called for an interview. The interview took place at the Ammirati NY office and it lasted for 2 hours. The interviewer was Ammirati General Manager and their brand planning director. The interview was great! I was told that the HR Manager will send across the offer letter. However no one got back to me.
