*Awesome 401K Match *Good Co-workers *Lots of opportunities to get training you can take somewhere else
Cons
*No RSUs for lower level, day to day employees *You have to wait a Year+a quarter for ESOP *No Privacy - to the point they police you if you take a shared space for too long. *Very Poor career development from Directors and Managers *Constant cost cuttings - The four stars I am giving for Comp and Benefits is for the Benefits alone. *No systems training
