      Benefits are good and competitive Lots of money for latest equipment Facilities are top notch

      Cons

      You can work here for 5+ years with no promotion Management cuts bonus back every year There is favoritism where opportunities are announced first to those in certain cliques Work life balance used to be great until so many people left. Those who stayed got stuck with more work. No back fills
