Pros
At this moment, there is nothing good about this company for me to mention.
Cons
This company's absenteeism policy is not just stringent; it's downright detrimental to employee well-being. While the policy technically allows for medical leave, it institutes a punitive system that penalizes employees who utilize this fundamental right to prioritize their health. The threat of a formal warning and placement in a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) merely for taking necessary medical leave creates a culture of fear and discourage employees from seeking the care they need.
