-Big company with a lot going on -Diverse set of products and services -Surprising amount of opportunity / lots of gaps in the business model -Strong brand platform; people really like seeing the name on your resume -Younger folks tend to be quite smart and sharp
Cons
- Highly political culture; 2yr shuffle in roles means almost no one is an expert in what they do - Over emphasis on brand; drink-the-koolaid mentality - Mixed talent among mid-senior leadership = highly political environment at VP-SVP level - Lack of big-scale strategic focus; alot of tactics, less transformation
