Pros
-Very straight forward work -Coin toss whether your work crew are nice or cranky all the time -You'll be able to afford a meager living for you and your family if you make it past the first 90 days.
Cons
Bosses are bosses, you'll get away with more on nights and it's chill. Day time they're more strict and you'll have management sneak up behind you regularly. They take a VERY light stance that you are working with carcinogenic materials and regularly breathing them in when their heated to 3-600 degrees. So if you work here long enough you'll likely be cancer'd up.
