Interview
Interview process was pretty easy. Spoke about the company and job duties. Went over work experience and asked if I was capable of performing specific tasks. I was offered the position before I left the building.

Interview
The phone interview was run-of-the-mill. The HR person for the interview did not call me on time, so I called to see what happened and she did not get back to me for a few hours to reschedule. It took a week over from when she told me she’d get back to me about next steps. The on-site interview was first with the hiring manager, then with another manager and an HR manager. The next steps would be expressed in the next week, they said. It took 2.5 weeks for me to reach out and follow up, only to be hit with an auto reject at 1AM.
