      A lot of departments from corporate to plant level are not aligned on how to move forward or how to work as a team to get there.

      Plant team was great to work with.

      Cons

      Thankless corporate culture. Deadlines unrealistic. Month close analysis projects never made sense, but it's almost exclusivity what you were evaluated on. Boss only called when there was an issue.
