      - The shopfloor staff were generally decent, approachable, and easy to work with.

      The culture, particularly on the commercial side could be difficult at times. Some long-tenured employees appeared disengaged, which could impact team morale and the experience of newer starters. In addition, HR leadership was a significant concern, support often felt lacking, and issues were not always handled effectively or consistently

      Plant team was great to work with.

      Cons

      Thankless corporate culture. Deadlines unrealistic. Month close analysis projects never made sense, but it's almost exclusivity what you were evaluated on. Boss only called when there was an issue.
