      Full raise after 90 days, about $1.25 an hour. You get 9 points before attendance is an issue.

      The people are good. It is a nice clean environment to work in.

      Cons

      Morale is very low. Employees are leaving and they are not backfilling positions. Adds a lot of stress out on the floor.
