Pros
They will train you from whatever background your'e from an age if your'e fit enough. There was a time where they gave us shares,but not anymore. If you're at a large warehouse, they can give you flexi hours. Although they were used for just in case you're late, you could use them for an emergency early shift finish.
Cons
THey'll monitor and challenge you once you are on premesis, very strict with the rules and brutal punishment!
