Micro management, stressful and overwhelming - Area Manager I Amazon Employee Review

Tasks are undoable completely Overwhelming in terms of: comms, changes, projects, fast paced, responsabilities and commitments, Demmands from management. Stressful most of the time. Anxiaety is the word for Managers. Regular day for a Manager is a crazy and challenging one. Part of the staff of Managers are on sick leave for psicologycal issues. Company stands for values, principles and tenets they barely exist in real life. Higher Managers only worried for metrics, numbers and data, they never care for persons, very sad. After 3 years in the company, sadly I have this opinion fron the business.
