Pros

Benefits, networking, pressure to perform, technology.

Cons

Poor leadership, under valued, illogical methodologies, high chance of working night shift for an extended amount of time (no planned rotations, (if you have a family and health problems, odds are they will put you on night sight and the 20-30 year old that cried to senior leadership on dayshift), strategic targeting on employees/inconsistent standards across buildings and teams. Before COVID, leadership was intense and a bit toxic, but over the years it feels as though the pendulum swing brought in a wave of awful leaders that have no backbone and just regurgitate what is pushed onto them from regional management, and having to lie about numbers etc just to avoid a callout. Always trying to do more with less and no one has a backbone to defend their people anymore. You make a minor mistake on your expenses, and you're immediately terminated. You work hard and try to help the culture, they do not remember it. My site was particularly bad about nepotism and putting people of certain color/affiliation on the "best shifts'. They overvalue poor workers (from T1 to management) and make exceptions for people who contribute nothing/are actively detrimental to the company. They send the wrong message to leadership by over indexing on DEI, more focus has been on snapping the best picture of an event than the actual operations itself. If you are good at your job, you are punished with more work, projects, and responsibility. Support teams, especially HR/PXT are an absolute joke, they are better off having an AI bot handle cases/concerns. Upper management and HR cater too much to associate needs, undermining the leadership when it comes to write ups and holding them accountable and making them feel more heard than their own leaders. Policies in recent years are all to ensure associates don't unionize, leaving them entitled and brazen as there is nothing in place to support leadership to uphold standards.

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
