There are some interesting learning opportunities and they give a lot of resources to build things (compute / storage on AWS).
Cons
The culture has become very toxic towards white males. In our org of 100 people they make up less than 20% of employees yet write more than 90% of the code. Most of them are also not in the US and therefore get paid half as much for doing most of the work.
