-The work itself: elementary tasks that you have to repeat day by day, no possibility to change or improve any process, complete ignoration from the side of higher management - Micromanagement at its best: you have to stay until 5:05 every day even if you have no work, you have a limit of 30 mins per day for breaks, etc. - Every little thing you request (for ex., checking discrepancy in the salary, requesting project time, and so on) takes forever to be processed (if it is processed at all)
